PETTIGREW is happy to announce that Mahmoud Makki will be joining our team on January 23, 2023 as our Chief Technology Officer. PETTIGREW partnered with Makki (his preferred name) a few years ago to promote The Coding Company in doing business in the Middle East.
In addition to his more than a decade of experience of owning and operating The Coding Company, Makki has extensive experience in system integration and project management. His responsibilities will be overseeing our software development and information technology departments worldwide.
Makki lives with his wife and two children in London, England. He is well positioned between the time zones of North America and Asia to enable him to work effectively with everyone.

Mahmoud Makki, (preferred to be called Makki), is the Chief Technology Officer at Pettigrew, where he leads the Information Technology and software development units. His reputation as a digital visionary and leader in technology innovation precedes him as he brings over a decade of leadership experience in digital transformation projects globally and across multiple industries, including healthcare, telecom, and broadcast media. He is a Prince2 certified project manager and a Certified Change Manager with special focus in healthcare change projects, and brings a wealth of leadership experience to his role. He is well-versed in the latest developments in the technology field and is always on the lookout for new and innovative technologies that can benefit the organization.
Throughout his career, Makki has demonstrated a strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, making him an effective leader in bridging the gap between the technical and non-technical teams
As the CTO, Makki is responsible for developing and implementing the company's overall technology strategy. He is a results-driven professional who is passionate about technology and its potential to drive business growth.
