PETTIGREW is delighted to announce that Emily M. Osetek is now the Chief Executive Officer of the company.
Emily has over 30 years of Revenue Cycle Management expertise and is an industry leader in this field. She began her healthcare career working in the private hospital setting and learned all phases of Part A and B billing. She was later recruited by large Revenue Cycle Management firms to help re-engineer their companies for profitability, and ensure compliance with industry standards. She later bought and built her own RCM firm, Sourcenet Medical Billing Associates, LLC over a 16-year period.
Emily joined the PETTIGREW team in August 2019, once the acquisition of Sourcenet Medical Billing Associates, LLC was completed. She became the Chief Operating Officer and facilitated operations for clients in the US, India, and the Philippines. She is also the Immediate Past President of the Healthcare Business Management Association (HBMA) which is focused on companies in the RCM field.
She is focused on innovation to help companies streamline processes and gain automation through the use of technology. Her passion is building and reengineering businesses to ensure a profitable return as well as creating teams that are able to collaborate effectively with their clients and staff.
She has started the journey in her new role from May 2022 and will continue to lead the company into its bright future.
